IN DEBT WITH MORTGAGE AND LOANS AND TAKING ME TO COURT IS THEIR ANYWAY OUT HELP PLEASE?
been out of work with over a year my debt is in debt by 14000 as well as i am removing letters from lenders which they have been receiving me to court. dont wish to lax my residence thats all l have left though starting to lax my thoughts if this keeps up. does any one know if theres anything l can do. greatfully assistance lm at a finish of my tedder.

Your situation will be very difficult because you have no job. If you are close to landing a job, talk to your lender and try to get a couple of months of breathing room. If you are not close to landing a job, selling your house is the best option. Even a distressed short sale is better than a foreclosure.
If you have taken loans out against your house and you haven't been able to keep up with the payments then there isn't realy anything you can do. You could try changing mortgage companies to get a lower monthly rate and so you pay back less each month. other than that I don't know.
Look up Project Lifeline. I was watching the announcement last night regarding it.
